Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. The rates shown include all sourcing, vetting, and administrative costs.
When do I pay?
For gig workers, you're invoiced weekly based on hours worked. For permanent placements, payment is due upon successful start date. For trading, payment terms are agreed per transaction.
What's included in the markup?
Our markup covers candidate sourcing, vetting, background checks, compliance management, payroll processing (for temps), insurance, and ongoing support.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer competitive rates for high-volume clients. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll create a custom pricing package.
What's the guarantee period for permanent placements?
We offer a 90-day guarantee. If the placement doesn't work out within this period, we'll find a replacement at no additional cost.
